The GovTech Agency, as part of the Accelerating Trade and Transport in Eastern South Asia (ACCESS) Project with World Bank support, will undertake two activities as part of the Project Preparation Advance (PPA) activities under the ACCESS project.

The Royal Government of Bhutan (Recipient) is planning to implement the proposed Bhutan: Accelerating Trade and Transport in Eastern South Asia (ACCESS) Project (the Project) with the involvement of the Ministry of Finance (MoF), Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (MoIT) and GovTech Agency for which it has requested a Project Preparation Advance (PPA), as set out in the PPA Agreement.
