Grievance Redressal for Project Preparatory Advance

The GovTech Agency, as part of the Accelerating Trade and Transport in Eastern South Asia (ACCESS) Project with World Bank support, will undertake two activities as part of the Project Preparation Advance (PPA) activities under the ACCESS project.
We encourage individuals who may have any concerns or grievances regarding the planning and implementation of PPA activities to share them with us. To ensure prompt, impartial, and confidential handling of grievances, an anonymous Grievance Redressal Form will be provided. The form will protect complainants from any form of reprimand and enable a timely resolution of the grievance.
