The Royal Government of Bhutan (Recipient) is planning to implement the proposed Bhutan: Accelerating Trade and Transport in Eastern South Asia (ACCESS) Project (the Project) with the involvement of the Ministry of Finance (MoF), Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (MoIT) and GovTech Agency for which it has requested a Project Preparation Advance (PPA), as set out in the PPA Agreement. The International Development Association (IDA) (hereinafter the Association) has agreed to provide the PPA to finance activities (the Activities) related to the preparation of the Project, as set out in the referred agreement.

Disclosure of the documents.
To ensure that the Activities are carried out in accordance with the Environmental and Social Standards (ESSs) and Environmental and Social Commitment Plan (ESCP). GovTech would like to disclose the Environmental and Social Standards (ESSs) and Environmental and Social Commitment Plan (ESCP).
